iQOO Z7 Pro review 8/10

Pros

  • Good performance
  • Sleek design
  • Great camera

Cons

  • No ultra-wide camera
  • Only a single speaker

A new product on the market, the iQOO Z7 Pro has a starting price of Rs 23,999. When opposed to its predecessor, the iQOO Z6 series, which had three variants to meet the various demands of consumers, the business appears to have taken a more controlled approach with the new iQOO Z7 series. The iQOO Z7 Pro is the center of attention, even if the regular model is already on the market and the Z7 Lite variation has not yet made an appearance. The iQOO Z7 Pro’s latest edition offers a number of changes at a competitive price, but is it really worth it? Let’s find out through our in-depth analysis.

iQOO Z7 Pro Camera review:

The iQOO Z7 Pro, which iQOO has boldly marketed as having excellent photographic skills, more or less lives up to those boasts. It boasts a pair of 64-megapixel back cameras, each of which is paired with a ring-shaped Aura LED light. The camera does an outstanding job. The white balance may have a tiny tendency toward colder tones, but it doesn’t detract from the natural-looking colors in photographs. The camera provides clear, detailed images with a balanced dynamic range in well-lit environments. The iQOO Z7 Pro generated images with balanced sharpness levels that were colorful and contrasty, whether they were portraits or landscapes.

In the majority of cases, color reproduction was also correct. I also captured some lovely portraits using the iQOO Z7 Pro. The foreground and backdrop are clearly separated, and the background bokeh effect is added just so. However, not every scenario involves this. To obtain a nice photo, I had to shoot a few pictures. For instance, in the portrait photographs of people, the shirt texture, hair strands, skin tone, backdrop, and other details have been accurately caught.

Having an ultra-wide angle camera, however, would have allowed me to capture larger settings or fit more individuals into a single shot. Additionally, there isn’t a macro sensor for better up-close shots, but who wants the 2 or 5 megapixel macro cameras that are common on low-cost phones? An ultra-wide sensor, though, would have been more practical in my opinion.

iQOO Z7 Pro Unboxing and First Impressions

The device’s 17.22 cm (6.78″) ultra-smooth and ultra-clear AMOLED curved display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a 10-bit display with 1.07 billion colors is a visual delight. For quick and simple unlocking, it also supports in-display fingerprint technology.

iQOO Z7 Pro Design, build review:

The iQOO Z7 Pro 5G has a luxury design and comes in two color options: graphite matte and blue lagoon. It also has an AG Glass Back Cover and a 3D Curved Display. The system, FunTouch OS 13, has a number of features that improve user experience.

In conclusion, the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G is an impressive powerhouse with top-notch features that makes it a legitimate competitor in the premium smartphone market.
